Process:
Access the e-learning courses report
- Go to the section “Reports” in the left sidebar menu.
- Go to “E-learning” and then click on “Courses”.
A list of all e-learning courses on your platform will appear. This list includes:
- Course name
- Duration in minutes
- User who created the course
- Learning path (if it is part of one)
- Customized categories (if any)
To access the course's detailed information, click “View details” (last column).
Report sections
📄Summary: Here you will find the general course information, such as:
- Course name and duration
- Number of instances (with direct link to instance configuration)
- Course manager
- Provider: name, type, rating and identifier
- Learning paths associated with the course (with direct link to access their reports)
📌Important:When downloading the report in Excel from this tab, the document will contain aconsolidated summary of all course informationand each section of the report will be in a separate sheet. On the other hand, if you download a report from each section, such as participants or instances, it will include only that information.

- Progress (percentage)
- Approval status

Considerations:
