What are Puntos de Beneficios?

ThePuntos de Beneficiosfunction as an available balance for each collaborator. This balance can be used to request benefits that have a cost associated in points.

Each time a collaborator requests a benefit, the system:

validates whether they have sufficient balance,
automatically deducts the corresponding points,
and records the transaction in their history.

Required configurations before starting

Before creating a benefit associated with points, make sure you meet the following conditions:

Have theMódulo de Beneficiosenabled.
Have the option“Puntos de beneficios”on the platform.

Step 1: Create a benefit with points

Once the necessary configurations are made, you can create a benefit as usual from the platform.

To do so:

Go toBeneficios.
Go toConfiguraciones.
Click onCrear beneficio.

Define the value of the benefit inpoints, so that it can be redeemed by collaborators.

When the collaborator requests a benefit associated with points, the system will automatically deduct it from their available balance.

Consider the following:

If the collaborator has sufficient balance, they will be able to complete the request without issues.
If they do not have enough points, they will not be able to request the benefit until they receive a new allocation.

Each approved request will automatically generate:
