This new feature allows you to search for variables using natural language, without needing to know their exact name.

The AI-powered variable finder is available inOffer Letter templates, and will be gradually activated according to the rollout plan.

Previously, users had to know the exact name of the Liquid variables (for example,{{empleado.nombre}}), which often led to confusion and mistakes when creating or editing templates.

With this new feature, you can write in natural language what you need—for example:

and the assistant will provide you with the correct variable along with its description.

⚙️ How to use the AI-powered variable finder

  1. Open the template editorfrom theDocuments and Signaturemodule.
    You can do this when creating or editing an existing template.

  2. Click the Liquid variables button { }to open the list of available variables.

  3. In the menu, select the option“I can't find the variable…”

  4. Anaside from Buk AIwill open on the right side of the screen.
    Here you can write in natural language what you're looking for, for example:

    “I want to show the collaborator's hire date.”

  5. Buk AI will respondwith the most suitable variable (for example,{{empleado.fecha_ingreso}}) and its description.
    You cancopy and pastethe variable directly into the editor.
