Notification history
The Notification history is a tool exclusive to customers with the Buk Pro plan. It allows viewing all notifications sent from the platform in recent days, along with their status and relevant details.
- For customers on the Essential Platform, notifications from the last 3 days are shown.
- For customers on the Pro Platform, the history covers up to 30 days.
Description of the history table
The table shows the notifications sent with the following columns:
- Recipient name:Person who received the notification.
- Channel:Medium used (Email, SMS or Mobile App).
- Type:Reason or category of the notification.
- Status:Current sending status (Processing, Sent, Failed).
- Module:Area of the platform from which the notification was generated.
- Date and time of sending:Exact moment of sending.
- Document number:Identifier related to the recipient.
Notification statuses
- Processing:The notification has been accepted for delivery and is on its way to the recipient. Delivery has not yet been confirmed.
- Sent:The notification was sent to the recipient's email, phone, or device. (Email only): To see if it was delivered, select the "View details" button.
- Failed:The delivery was not completed successfully. This can be due to several reasons, such as server rejection, non-existent recipient, spam blocking, among others.
